Our Services

We are a fee for service practice. Being a fee for service practice has many advantages:

  • More time spent with your Doctor 

  • Faster and more available appointment times

  • Treatment options not restricted by insurance companies 

  • Upfront costs with no surprise billing

We are an Out of Network provider. We provide superbills for patients to request reimbursement from their health insurance provider. Should you have out of network benefits with your insurance plan, you may be able to be reimbursed for partial or all funds spent at this office.

Ember Mental Health + Wellness is solely telehealth, meaning all appointments will be conducted virtually on a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform with both audio and video components. We see patients anywhere within the states of Arizona & Colorado.

What we treat:

At Ember Mental Health + Wellness we treat individuals with a variety of psychiatric disorders and symptoms. For example:

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder

We see adults, 18yo & up. We do not prescribe Suboxone.

We do not provide forensic psychiatric services or therapy mandated by court order or state professional licensing boards.

We are a solely Telehealth practice with limited in-person resources, and understand that this set-up may not be the most optimal treatment option for every individual. Please contact our clinic for further information.

Patients are responsible for payment at the time of appointment. Ember Mental Health + Wellness does not have control over whether or not an health insurance plan will cover appointment costs. Please contact your health insurance provider if you would more information about appointment cost coverage.
